Welcome to CityXads (“we,” “us,” or “the Site”). CityXads is a classified advertising platform where third-party users create and manage ads and related content. Your access to, registration on, posting to, and use of any services or features of this Site are governed by these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site.
By using the Site in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site immediately.
1. Changes to the Terms and the Site
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and for any reason. Updated versions will be posted on the CityXads website and will take effect immediately.
You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue all or part of the Site, its services, rules, or benefits (including suspending or terminating your account) at any time without notice.
We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from such changes.
2. User Conduct
When using CityXads, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities, including but not limited to:
Harassing, threatening, insulting, impersonating others, or otherwise interfering with another person’s use of the Site;
Posting or transmitting any content that is illegal, false, misleading, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or invasive of another’s privacy;
Posting ads in inappropriate categories, reposting the same content, posting more than once within 7 days, or posting the same ad in multiple cities;
You are strictly prohibited from posting:
Any adult content that violates the law;
Content describing or suggesting sexual acts, nudity, genitalia, or sexual services;
Any form of illegal sexual services, including coded language;
Any content that exploits minors;
Any content related to human trafficking;
In addition, you may not:
Post ads for products or services that are illegal to sell, use, or possess;
Send spam, advertisements, or solicitations to other users without permission;
Delete or modify content posted by others;
Infringe intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, etc.);
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access or copy Site content;
Create excessive load or disrupt Site operations;
Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;
Access non-public areas without authorization or share passwords;
Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the Site’s structure or content;
Post discriminatory content of any kind;
Post job ads that violate labor or immigration laws;
Engage in fraud, scams, money laundering, or illegal activity;
Post commercial promotion links in free-ad sections;
Post ads for prohibited weapons or firearms. Firearm transactions must comply with all applicable laws and be handled through licensed dealers. Users are solely responsible for legal compliance.
3. Accounts and Fees
CityXads is a classified ad platform offering both free ads and paid “featured/highlighted” ads.
To post paid ads, users must first add funds to their account wallet. Credits are added immediately after successful payment.
Credits can only be used to post ads on this Site and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Ads removed for violating these Terms are not refundable.
We store basic user information such as first name, last name, city, and ZIP code solely for service and transaction processing.
By registering, you agree to receive emails or SMS messages from CityXads.
4. Content License
All content you post is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.
You grant CityXads a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, copy, distribute, display, and publish your content for any purpose, including operations, marketing, and partner media, without notice or compensation.
5. Fair Housing Statement
All real estate ads must comply with the Fair Housing Act and may not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or other protected categories.
If you see discriminatory ads, please report them. We reserve the right to remove any violating content.
6. Termination
If we believe you have violated these Terms, we may terminate your account and access to the Site at any time without liability.
7. Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, images, audio, video, logos, layout, etc.) is protected by copyright and trademark laws and may not be used without permission.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, please submit a complete infringement notice including your identity, description of the infringement, and a good-faith statement.
8. Privacy Policy Summary
We collect only information necessary to provide our services;
Your information is used for account management, transactions, customer service, and security;
We do not unlawfully sell or disclose your information;
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect public safety.
9. Disclaimer
Content on the Site is posted by users, and we do not guarantee its accuracy or legality.
You use the Site at your own risk.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties.
We are not responsible for any losses arising from your use of the Site.
10. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CityXads is registered.
Any disputes must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction within one (1) year of arising.
12. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CityXads.
If any part is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
