CityXads Abuse Reporting Policy Report Abuse CityXads and its affiliated websites and services (collectively, “CityXads,” “we,” “us,” or the “Site”) are committed to providing a safe and lawful platform. We maintain a clear and efficient system for reporting violations of our Terms of Use, illegal content, non-consensual content, or other forms of abuse, as well as for appealing the improper removal of content. We aim to operate this system in a fair, reasonable, and timely manner. Our goal is to resolve all abuse reports and appeals within seven (7) business days whenever possible, and to provide guidance to help prevent similar issues from recurring. If a violation is confirmed, we will determine the appropriate remedy and take necessary action. Any content determined to be illegal will be removed immediately. 1. Once an action is taken, or if more information is required, we will contact you by email or other electronic communication. 2. Appeals for Content Removal If you believe your content was removed in error and you are depicted in the removed content, you may appeal the decision by emailing: cityXads@proton.me Subject Line: CONTENT REMOVAL APPEAL Please explain why you believe the removal was incorrect and provide any relevant supporting information. We will review appeals fairly and in good faith. If disputes regarding consent cannot be resolved internally, they may be submitted to a neutral arbitration organization at our expense. 3. Repeat and Egregious Offenders We reserve the right to take enhanced enforcement actions against users who: Repeatedly violate our rules; or Commit a single serious or egregious violation. Such actions may include, but are not limited to: Permanent deletion of the user account; Banning the user from future use of CityXads; Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required by law. 4. Scope of Our Authority CityXads only takes action on conduct that occurs on our platform. We do not take enforcement action for activity that occurs solely on other platforms or offline. 5. Copyright Issues This abuse reporting process is NOT for copyright complaints. If you believe content on CityXads infringes your copyright, you must submit a request in accordance with our DMCA or copyright policy. Abuse reports submitted for copyright matters may not be processed. 6.
