CityXads Subpoena & Law Enforcement Request Policy Last Updated: Jan,12 , 2026 CityXads and its affiliated websites and services (collectively, “CityXads,” “we,” “us,” or the “Site”) respect user privacy and maintain strict operational policies: we do not disclose user information to any third party without the user’s express consent, except as required by valid legal process. If you (including law enforcement agencies, government authorities, attorneys, or private parties) seek access to information relating to CityXads users or any data in our possession, you must follow the procedures described in this Policy and provide appropriate legal documentation. Requests that do not comply may not be processed. 1. General Principles Lawful Compliance – We disclose information only as permitted or required by applicable law. Data Minimization – Even when disclosure is lawful, we provide only the minimum information necessary. Privacy First – Except in emergencies or where prohibited by law, we strive to protect user rights. No Waiver – This Policy does not constitute consent to jurisdiction or a waiver of any legal rights or defenses. 2. Law Enforcement Requests We support lawful law enforcement efforts and cooperate to protect public safety in accordance with applicable law. 2.1 Platform Safety and Proactive Cooperation To maintain platform safety, CityXads may cooperate with law enforcement in situations involving threats of physical harm or serious abuse, including but not limited to: Blocking, removing, and reporting suspected illegal content; Reporting serious threats to appropriate authorities where legally permitted; Zero-tolerance handling of suspected CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), with cooperation as advised by counsel. Important: Under many privacy and electronic communications laws, we generally cannot provide user data without a valid subpoena, and cannot disclose the contents of communications (e.g., messages) without a court order or search warrant. 2.2 Response Time We aim to respond to valid and complete law enforcement requests within 15 business days, though some requests may require additional time for legal review and data retrieval. 2.3 Emergency Requests If there is an emergency involving human trafficking, child exploitation, or an imminent risk to life, health, or safety, please use the subject line: “EMERGENCY REQUEST” and clearly explain: The nature of the emergency; Why immediate disclosure is necessary; How the requested information will help address the emergency. 2.4 Data Preservation Requests Law enforcement may submit preservation requests to retain data pending receipt of formal legal process. Please provide as many identifiers as possible, including: Advertisement link (URL) Display name Account number (if known) Registered email Legal name (if available) Telephone number For credit card fraud investigations, also include: Last 4 digits of the card Cardholder name Dates/times/amounts of transactions 3. Non-Law Enforcement Requests For private parties, attorneys, or other non-law-enforcement requesters, we generally require a valid subpoena or court order before disclosing user information. We may require certified court documents to verify relevance to a civil or administrative matter and reserve the right to request additional documentation. Note: Certain sensitive data (e.g., message content, profile content, browsing or subscription data) is typically disclosed only in response to a court order with adequate safeguards. 4. Submission Instructions All requests should include: Requesting entity information and contact details; User name(s) and all known identifiers; Description of relevant events; Specific data requested and date range; Valid legal documents and issuing authority. Data Retention and Deletion We do not guarantee the existence, accuracy, or regularity of storage or backups. Data may be deleted at any time due to capacity or security considerations. Deletions are permanent and irreversible. Upon receiving a lawful preservation request, we will make best efforts to preserve identified data as required by law. 6. Notification to Users For civil or administrative subpoenas, we may (but are not required to) notify affected users and delay compliance up to 10 calendar days to allow them to seek court protection, except when: There is an emergency; Law prohibits notification; It is a criminal investigation (users are generally not notified). Other Disclosures Where permitted by law and in our sole discretion, we may disclose user information to: Satisfy legal obligations; Enforce user agreements or policies; Investigate fraud or deception; Maintain system and property security; Operate services properly; Protect CityXads, users, and the public. This Policy does not create obligations to preserve or disclose data beyond what the law requires. 9.
